Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 1797989 and 6886214

David Thomas, liquidator of the above-named companies, hereby give notice of his intention to remove these companies from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 9 May 2025.
