Notice to Remove the Above-Named Companies From the New Zealand Register

Pursuant to Section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove INTERCIVIL LIMITED, ROCKAWAY BEACH LIMITED and R.W. & A.C. KING LIMITED (all in liquidation) from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is 9 May 2025.
