Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

I, Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Liquidation Management Limited (Registration Numbers: IP150), hereby give notice pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 that the liquidation of GRAY AREA LIMITED and THE PAC GROUP LIMITED (both in liquidation) has now been completed.

The liquidator’s final report has been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the companies be removed from the Register.

Any objections to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar together with grounds for such objection no later than 31 March 2025.

The registered office of the companies is situated at the offices of Liquidation Management Limited, 22 Prosser Street, Porirua 5024.
