Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Overseas Register

Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), of the intention to remove the company from the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321(1) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 14 February 2026, the Registrar may remove the company from the New Zealand Overseas Register.
