Notice of Cessation of Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that THE MONDAY FOOD CO PTY LTD (Australian Company Number: 614527927), an overseas company incorporated in Australia and registered in New Zealand under company number 9016335, has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand with effect from 31 March 2025.

The company intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies to be removed from the Overseas Register maintained under the Companies Act 1993.
