Notice is hereby given that HIGH TECHNOLOGY CONTROL PTY LTD, a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company with the New Zealand Companies Office, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Registrar of Companies, on or after three months from the date of publication of this notice, for the overseas company to be removed from the Overseas Register.
