Pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that the above-named company, being a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company under Part 18 of the Act, has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand and that the company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Overseas Company Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
