LIVING CHURCH OF GOD LTD (New Zealand branch), a registered overseas ASIC company, gives notice that it ceased carrying on business in New Zealand on 30 June 2025, and will apply to be removed from the Overseas Register. (This notice does not affect the continued operation of the Living Church of God Trust, Charitable Trust No.: 1029473; Charity No.: CC36635).

Notice will be given to the Registrar to remove this branch from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
