Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DUMB IRON PTY LTD (5863208) and STEELHEAD DESANDERS PTY LTD (5863148) being overseas companies incorporated in Australia and registered on the New Zealand Overseas Register, intend to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that a notice will be delivered to the New Zealand Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after the date of this notice, of the overseas companies’ intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and application for the removal of the overseas companies from the New Zealand Overseas Register.
