Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, SHIMADZU SCIENTIFIC INSTRUMENTS (OCEANIA) PTY LIMITED, whose registered office is at Unit 5, 9 Northside Drive, Whenuapai, Auckland 0814, gives notice that the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

The application to remove the company will be made no earlier than three months after the date this notice is published.
