This advertisement notifies you that:

1. On 1 December 2025, an application adjudicating Hung-Chiun Ju (Judgment Debtor) bankrupt was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2025-404-2557. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 27 February 2026 at 10.00am.
2. The Court has ordered that service of the Creditor’s Application for Adjudication Order dated 1 December 2025, Summons to Debtor endorsed 12 December 2025, and affidavit in support of Creditor’s Application for Adjudication affirmed 1 December 2025 (Adjudication Documents) shall be effected by this advertisement.
3. Unless by 1.00pm, on the last working day before the hearing date, the Judgment Debtor files a notice of opposition in form B6, together with an affidavit in support of the opposition and serves a copy of these documents on the Judgment Creditor, the Court will proceed with the adjudication application.
4. Any person knowing the whereabouts of Hung-Chiun Ju is asked to bring this advertisement to his attention.
