This document notifies you that:

1. On 20 October 2025, an application adjudicating Melanie Catanuto (“Judgment Debtor”) bankrupt was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2025-404-997. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 5 February 2026 at 10.00am.
2. The Court has ordered that service of the Creditor’s Application for Adjudication Order dated 20 October 2025, Summons to Debtor sealed 17 November 2025, and Affidavit in support of Creditor’s Application (“Adjudication Documents”) shall be effected by this advertisement.
3. Unless by 1.00pm, on the last working day before the hearing date, the Judgment Debtor files a notice of opposition in form B6, together with an affidavit in support of the opposition and serves a copy of these documents on the Judgment Creditor, the Court will proceed with the adjudication application.
4. Any person knowing the whereabouts of Melanie Catanuto is asked to bring this advertisement to her attention.
5. The Judgment Creditor is Kiwibank Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level 18, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010. Documents for service on the Judgment Creditor may be left at that address for service or:
