Take notice that Kookmin Bank a branch of an overseas bank incorporated in South Korea, having its principal place of business at Level 16 Lumley Centre, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland and carrying on business as a registered bank has issued a bankruptcy notice in CIV-2025-404-2557, under the Insolvency Act 2006 out of the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland.

You are required to pay Kookmin Bank, at the offices of their solicitors, Buddle Findlay, Level 18, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, PO Box 1433, Auckland, New Zealand (Attention: David Broadmore), the sum of $170,383.16 plus interest claimed by Kookmin Bank as the amount due on a final judgment of the District Court at Pukekohe dated 17 July 2025.

You are also required to pay Kookmin Bank’s costs and disbursements of $35,628.18.

And take further notice that this Court has ordered that service of the bankruptcy notice shall be effected by this advertisement (together with leaving a copy of the bankruptcy notice at your last known residential address and sending the same to you by email).
