This document notifies you that, pursuant to Rule 24.37 of the High Court Rules 2016:

1. On 11 August 2025, an application for early discharge from bankruptcy was filed in the High Court at Rotorua by Kataraina Grace Wihapi. Its reference number is CIV-2008-463-826. This application is made pursuant to section 294 of the Insolvency Act 2006. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on 25 November 2025 at 11.45am.
2. A creditor who intends to oppose the application must comply with section 297(1) of the Insolvency Act 2006 and must serve and file notice of that intended opposition on the Official Assignee and the applicant no less than five working days before the applicant’s application for discharge.
3. The application, affidavit in support and the Official Assignee’s report filed under section 296 of the Insolvency Act 2006, may be inspected at the registry of the High Court at Rotorua or at a request to the applicant.
