This advertisement notifies you that:

1. On 16 December 2024, a bankruptcy proceeding against Jason David Simpson (“Judgment Debtor”) of New Plymouth, unemployed, was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth. Its reference number is CIV-2024-443-92.
2. The Court has ordered that, under the High Court Rules 2016, personal service of the Creditor’s Application for an Adjudication Order dated 17 April 2025 and the Summons to Debtor sealed 14 May 2025 (“Documents”) be dispensed with, and service be deemed to have been effected on the Judgment Debtor by email, text and this advertisement. The Documents have been emailed to the Judgment Debtor’s last known email, and are available from the Judgment Creditor or Court by request.
3. Unless by 1.00pm on the last working day before the hearing date, which is 11 July 2025, the Judgment Debtor files a notice of opposition in form B6, together with an affidavit in support of the opposition and serves these on the Judgment Creditor, the Court will proceed in the Judgment Debtor’s absence.
4. Any person knowing the whereabouts of the Judgment Debtor is to bring the content of this advertisement to their attention.
5. The Judgment Creditor is PGG Wrightson Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Lane Neave, Level 5, 141 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch 8013. The Judgment Creditor’s solicitor is M. D. W. King, whose address is as noted above.
