This document notifies you that, pursuant to Rule 24.37(b) of the High Court Rules 2016:

1. On 10 March 2025, an application for discharge from bankruptcy was filed in the High Court at Auckland by David Robert Greig. Its reference number is CIV-2010-404-8250 and is made pursuant to section 294 of the Insolvency Act 2006. The application is to be heard at the High Court at Auckland on 15 May 2025 at 11.45am.
2. A creditor who intends to oppose the application must comply with section 297(1) of the Insolvency Act 2006 and must file and serve notice of that intended opposition on the Official Assignee and the applicant no less than five working days before the applicant’s application for discharge.
3. The application, affidavit in support and Official Assignee’s report (once filed) under section 296 of the Insolvency Act 2006 may be inspected at the registry of the High Court at Auckland or at the applicant’s address for service.
