1. On 30 January 2025, an application for putting ASKE NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch/Ōtautahi. Its reference number is CIV-2025-409-38. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 20 March 2025 at 10.00am.
