This document notifies you that:

1. On 9 October 2025, an application for putting CENTRO PILGRIM LIMITED (in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2025-404-3019. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 5 February 2026 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is TSB Bank Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of MinterEllisonRuddWatts, Level 5, BNZ Place, 1 Whitmore Street, Wellington 6011. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Richard James Gordon, whose address is as noted above.
