This document notifies you that:

1. On 10 October 2025, an application for putting KEILIN FARMS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2025-419-362. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, 1 December 2025 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
