This document notifies you that:

1. On 16 September 2025, an application for putting TAXI LEASE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2025-419-313. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, 1 December 2025 at 10.45am.
2. The defendant company is hereby informed of the proceedings and that the High Court has ordered that service of the proceedings be effected by way of advertising, with the date of service being the date this advertisement is published.
