1. On 12 September 2025, an application for putting WB LEASING NEW ZEALAND LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2025-404-2766. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 28 November 2025 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
