This document notifies you that:

1. On 7 August 2025, an application for putting LCNZ PONSONBY PTY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2025-404-2251. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 23 October 2025 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is LCNZ Franchising Pty Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Wynn Williams, Level 5, Wynn Williams House, 47 Hereford Street, Christchurch 8013. The plaintiff’s solicitors are Josh Taylor and Jackson Fletcher, whose address is as noted above.
