1. On Thursday, 21 August 2025, an application for putting BEER PLUMBING AND GAS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2025-412-94. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday, 23 October 2025 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
