1. On 28 November 2024, an application for putting FAUSSFLOW INVESTMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2024-419-412. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 10 February 2025 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
