This document notifies you that:

1. On 29 July 2025, an application for putting REPAIR MY HOME LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. Its reference number is CIV-2025-425-82. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on Thursday, 25 September 2025 at 11.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
