This document notifies you that:

1. On 11 November 2024, an application for putting G&D ORCHARDS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2024-470-198. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 17 February 2025 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
