This document notifies you that:

1. On 12 August 2024, an application for putting GROUND UP FORESTRY TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2024-441-59. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 12 February 2025 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
