This document notifies you that:

1. On 8 May 2025, an application for putting CONSTRUCTION DOCTORS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2025-404-993. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 19 June 2025 at 10.45am.
