1. On Tuesday, 19 March 2025, an application for putting NJ & MS HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Greymouth. Its reference number is CIV-2025-418-3. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Greymouth on Monday, 19 May 2025 at 11.00am.
