This document notifies you that:

1. On 24 March 2025, an application for putting JOSH EVANS CONTRACTING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North. Its reference number is CIV-2025-454-27. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Palmerston North on 12 June 2025 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
