1. On 10 February 2025, an application for putting WENMOTH TRUSTEES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth/Ngāmotu. Its reference number is CIV-2025-443-4. The application is to be heard by the High Court at New Plymouth/Ngāmotu on 28 March 2025 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
