This document notifies you that:

1. On 27 November 2024, an application for putting TREE CO. CONTRACTING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. Its reference number is CIV-2024-488-117. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on Monday, 31 March 2025 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
