1. On 18 December 2024, an application for putting BIBLE BAPTIST CHURCH OF AUCKLAND TRUST BOARD into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2024-404-3304. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 27 March 2025 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant charitable trust, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
