Notification of Ordinary Rules
In accordance with section 52 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023, notice is hereby given that the Associate Minister of Transport signed the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules on 11 December 2025 which will come into force on 27 February 2026:
The administering agency responsible for administering the rules is the Civil Aviation Authority.
These ordinary rules are available for inspection at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, Level 15, Datacom Centre, 55 Featherston Street, Wellington 6011. They may be downloaded from the CAA website www.aviation.govt.nz or purchased from Vertia via phone at (04) 5700 355.
