The Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice under clause 2(1) of Schedule 3 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”) of the draft report on the investigation under clause 1(5) of Schedule 3 of the Act into whether Mobile Termination Access Services should be omitted from Schedule 1 under section 66(1)(b) of the Act.

The draft report is available on the Commission’s website at: https://www.comcom.govt.nz/regulated-industries/telecommunications/projects/.

The closing date for submissions on the draft report is 3 December 2025, and cross-submissions are due on 19 December 2025.
