The Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives notice, under section 84(1)(b) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”) that on 16 October 2025, pursuant to section 84(1)(a) of the Act, the Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development levy for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 31 October 2025 at 5.00pm.
