Notice of Exemption From the Maritime Rules
Pursuant to section 40AA(5) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994 (MTA), the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the following exemptions from the Maritime Rules in accordance with section 40AA(1)(a) during the period 10 September 2025 to 22 September 2025 inclusive:
