Civil Aviation Rule Part 71 Designation of Airspace
Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9(d), the following additional amendment was designated with effect from 16 May 2024.
The following Low Flying Zone are established: NZL964, Bendigo, Central Otago; NZL965 Lindis, Central Otago.
Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9(d), the following additional amendment was designated with effect from 13 June 2024.
The following Danger Area is amended: NZD226, Rotowaro, Waikato; NZD334 Maari Platform, Taranaki Bight.
Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9(d), the following additional amendment was designated with effect from 8 August 2024.
The following Danger Areas are disestablished: NZD122 Puketona; NZD227 Cambridge, Waikato; NZD328 Te Awamutu, South Hamilton; NZD623 Martinborough, Wairarapa; NZD624 Moutere, Nelson Bays; NZD718 Totara Flat, West Coast; NZD719 Mackley, Buller; NZD725 Milton, Otago; NZD726 Eyre Forest, Southland; NZD727 Kawhaka, West Coast; NZD821 Matakitaki, West Coast; NZD823 Ahaura River, West Coast.
Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9(d), the following additional amendment was designated with effect from 28 November 2024 —

The following Danger Areas is established: NZD723 Stockton, West Coast.
Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9(d), the following additional amendment was designated with effect from 16 December 2025 —
The following Low Flying Zone is disestablished: NZL369, Waikawa Beach, Kapiti Coast.
