In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Kate Morrison, give notice that I have exempted Handley Industries 2022 Limited from compliance with regulation 11.29(1), 11.36(2)(c) and 11.37(4) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 9 January 2025 and expires on 9 January 2030 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
