Pursuant to section 241 of the Land Transport Act 1998 and my delegated authority, I authorise the User – for the Specified Purpose, during the Term, and on the Conditions below – to have access to the names and addresses of persons currently registered to motor vehicles:

• Who are currently registered in respect of a motor vehicle; and
• Who have not instructed the Registrar of Motor Vehicles that they do not wish to have their names and addresses made available under section 241(1)

Person: R & M Security and Investigations Limited

Purpose(s):

• To identify registered persons of motor vehicles who do not hold a valid permit for entry and are therefore trespassing on properties that R & M Security and Investigations Limited have been contracted to undertake security service management
• To identify registered persons of motor vehicles when undertaking security services on behalf of their clients, where a vehicle has been identified on surveillance footage or by patrol, entering a property, or causing damage to the property, in contravention to the posted signage.

In order for R & M Security and Investigations Limited to:

• Send a trespass notice to the registered person advising them that they must no longer access the property
• To send a letter to the registered person advising that damage has been identified and requesting payment for repairs or replacement (including details of possible methods of making payment); or
• Provide the registered person information to debt collection services for the purposes of lawfully collecting the debt.

Term: Commencing on 20 August 2025 this notice expires at midnight on 19 August 2030 but may be revoked at any time.
