Pursuant to sections 40AA(1)(a) and 395(1)(a) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the following exemptions from the Maritime and Marine Protection Rules during the period 6 December 2024 to 20 December 2024 inclusive:

This corrigendum replaces the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 January 2025, Notice No.2025-au366, which omitted the reference to section 395(1)(a) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994 and the Marine Protection Rules in the first paragraph after the title of the notice.
