In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Chris Thornborough, give notice that I have amended exemption SEP2010 granted to Amcor Flexible (New Zealand) Limited (Amcor) on 10 February 2023 in relation to the workroom requirements of regulation 11.36(2) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

The amendment provides for the existing walls of the printing hall and laminating hall to be upgraded to meet a minimum level of fire protection for integrity rating and insulation rating and extends the time by when compliance must be achieved.

The amendment takes effect on 28 July 2025 and expires on 20 February 2028 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.

This amendment is given the reference SEP2010A.
