Levy Waiver Under the Financial Markets Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012

Pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Financial Markets Authority (Levies) Regulations 2012, the Financial Markets Authority on 9 July 2025 granted a waiver of part of the FMA levy to Consilium NZ Limited in respect of the KiwiWRAP KiwiSaver Scheme.
