In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Sharon Thompson, give notice that I have exempted M & O Pacific Limited (trading as Wood Training) from compliance with regulation 48 of the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995.

This exemption takes effect on 14 July 2025 and expires on 14 July 2030 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.

The exemption (#2024-12), including the conditions of the exemption and the reasons for granting it, may be viewed at www.worksafe.govt.nz/worksafe/hswa/exemptions-under-hswa.
