Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

This bylaw is the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2025/001 and will come into force 28 days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
