Pursuant to section 241 of the Land Transport Act 1998 and my delegated authority, I authorise the User – for the Specified Purpose, during the Term, and on the Conditions below – to have access to the names and addresses of persons currently registered to motor vehicles:

• Who are currently registered in respect of a motor vehicle; and
• Who have not instructed the Registrar of Motor Vehicles that they do not wish to have their names and addresses made available under section 241(1)

Person: Atlas Building Removals 2006 Limited

Purpose(s):

Where:

• A parked motor vehicle is preventing access, or is at risk of being damaged, during the course of Atlas Building Removals 2006 Limited transporting a building; and
• Standard contact methods made by Atlas Building Removals 2006 Limited have been unsuccessful in locating and advising the registered person of the delivery (including prior notification in advance of the delivery and in person contact at the time of the delivery)

In order for Atlas Building Removals 2006 Limited to:

• locate the registered person of the vehicle to facilitate the removal or relocation of the vehicle

Term: Commencing on 22 May 2025, this notice expires at midnight on 21 May 2026 but may be revoked at any time.
