Notice of Exemption from the Maritime Security Regulations 2004
In accordance with sections 77(1)(a) and 77(5) of the Maritime Security Act 2004, the Chief Executive and Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of an exemption from the requirements in Schedule 2 of the Maritime Security Regulations 2004, as specified in the table below to the following port facility operators, on 22 January 2025:

This exemption granted on 22 January 2025 revokes and replaces a previous exemption granted on 24 December 2024 in order to correct some administrative errors.
