Pursuant to Regulation 28 of the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995, I Katherine Anne Morrison, Head of Authorisations and Advisory of WorkSafe New Zealand, in exercise of powers delegated to me by WorkSafe New Zealand, hereby give notice that I have withdrawn recognition for the following organisations and they are no longer organisations that may issue certificates of competence to powder actuated tool operators:

Ramset Fastening Systems

Hylton Parker and Co Limited

Rawlplug (NZ) Limited

This withdrawal of recognition has effect on and from 26 March 2025.
