Pursuant to Regulation 28 of the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995, I Katherine Anne Morrison, Head of Authorisations and Advisory of WorkSafe New Zealand, in exercise of powers delegated to me by WorkSafe New Zealand, hereby give notice that the following organisations are recognised as organisations that may issue certificates of competence to powder actuated tool operators:
