19.3

Requirement to hold Maritime Transport Operator Certificate

Surf Life Saving New Zealand and master of the vessels that are:

• Inflatable Rescue Boats (IRBs) and Rescue Water Crafts (RWCs);
• providing on water emergency response resources; and
• not otherwise operating as a commercial ship,

for the purposes of the 2025 Auckland Sail Grand Prix at the Westhaven Marina, Eastern Viaduct and Princess Wharf.
